The Moon Graffiti podcast episode was phenomenal at creating an environment using audio. Obviously, to recreate the audio from the moon landing, not to mention for a crash that, thankfully, didn’t happen, it’s difficult. The podcasters did a wonderful job though. They added static in the background and some fuzz to the actually “voices” of Neil and Buzz themselves to make their voice recordings. Along with that, they added ominous music and added a recording of a speech that was created for president Nixon if the moon visit actually ended in disaster, which added another great element of reality to the entire story. This podcast was a great example of how you can tell a story using audio.
